John Chapter 1: 1-18
Hi Ladies and Welcome to Women Connect. I thought John might be a great place to start for some encouragement today.
Here at the start of John Jesus is introduced as the eternal Word, the Light of the earth and the Lamb of God to name only a few. Jesus the start and finish of all things. Amazing !
The verse that really jumped out at me though was Verse 16 “And of His fullness we have ALL received, and grace for grace”
Grace for grace ? Wow. We have received of Jesus FULLNESS and been given His grace – His undeserved favour and mercy which means we can be showing that same grace & love to others. Mmmm – – – not sure I always do that!! Especially when my focus is all on me. But if Im receiving of His fullness, if my focus is on His loveliness , His grace and His love then I’ve got that to give to those around me.
Enjoy His fullness today, receive His grace and – – – give some away!!
